Good afternoon, AC community.
We continue to share our news, through our content, in English and Spanish.
Recently, we had the pleasure of interviewing Oreoluwa David and Faith Olasehinde, from Aroba Animation Studio. An animation studio established in Nigeria, Africa, focused on rescuing and preserving the cultural heritage of the African continent, through high quality animated films.
In our interview, they tell us:
"Our mission statement is digitally preserving African Culture and art, building a talent hub that is passionate about restoring African’s Culture, Art amongst others, also creating a solution that simplifies 3d Animation movie production globally.
We started out by making over 10 scripts available after in-depth exploration into the African history and culture; starting from Nigeria. We started with Green Leaf: the Rise of a Hero, but paused the production of the long-featured movie for a shorter movie due to the high production cost of animation movies generally.
The short film, Moremi: the Epic Battle, was based on the story of a female legend and goddess called Moremi Ajasoro of Ile-Ife, in Nigeria that exhibited rare bravery and love, by sacrificing her only son for the safety of her people trough inspiration of Esimirin river."

We also had the privilege of speaking, in an exclusive interview, with the Chilean artist Daniel Schachner, whose work is full of his experiences, his love for art, and a vision of the world full of color and hope.
In our interview, Daniel Schachner tells us:
"Art is a set of elements where beauty, harmony, structure, come together, not always common sense, and where the creativity of the human being flourishes.
I have always had the concept of balance and composition. Painting gives me freedom, joy, space and the relief that allows me to externalize my thoughts and feelings."

In another vein, we recently started a series of articles related to Etherscan, the Ethereum network explorer. It is a powerful tool, capable of giving us very important information about the traceability of transactions, as well as helping in an effective provenance, when it comes to crypto art or NFTs.
In this first article, we talked about What is etherscan?, its utilities and applications, we focus more on its use in the NFT ecosystem and its importance when making verifications, verifying smart contracts, amongst other very interesting aspects.

As part of the support for the artists of our community, we include in our newsletter two artists with their commented works.
Ken Newton with his amazing work, DR. JOHN RETURNS.
A 1/1 NFT with actual piece, acrylic paint on canvas, dimensions : 40" x 32".
Painted a few months after experiencing hurricane Katrina and the aftermath that devastated New Orleans and the surrounding area.
Quino Casarino, with his amazing work Tengo algo en mi cabeza / This piece is a NFT in opensea.
The art of Quino Casarino is a reflection of his true interior, strong, risky, determined and passionate.
Most of the art pieces in the AC are #phygital (physical with NFT), which is especially useful when authenticity and verification are important to the artist and collector.
When you are a collector, The AC will give you access to meet the Artist, look at the pieces before your purchase.
When you're an artist, it's important to have personal contact with your collectors, and the AC will give you access. That way, you can get feedback and make sure that you're giving them what they want. If a collector is satisfied with the work you've created for them, they'll be more likely to buy again from you—and tell their friends about what a great experience they had working with you!
Thank you for being part of our community.
The AC team.
We are very grateful to our sponsor, the writer Deniz Uzunoglu, who has the incredible novel Barba Rossa available on Amazon.
